Financial Regulations 2025

1-1 . The interview fee for student registration is 2,000,000 IRR per student.
Note 1: Interview fees are not part of the tuition and are non-refundable.
Note 2: Interview fees must be paid prior to the interview session.
Note 3: The talent assessment interview is optional.
Note 4: If a student is rejected in the initial interview but still wishes to register, registration will be possible upon submission of a recommendation letter from a trusted psychological counseling center
2. Tuition Tables
2-1. In line with creating facilities to attract talented and gifted international students residing in Qom, Savior schools strives to consider the financial circumstances of these students by requiring parents to pay only a portion of the official tuition fee set by the Ministry of Education. This is intended to encourage greater enrollment at Monji School. Accordingly, the base (cash) tuition fee of the school is set at 50% of the official tuition fee determined by the Ministry.
The official tuition fees approved by the Ministry of Education annually and the fee structure introduced by the school complex can be paid in two ways: as a lump sum or in installments for the academic year 1404–1405 (2025–2026). Respected parents may contact +982591005440 for more information regarding tuition fees.
Note: Students with outstanding debts from the previous academic year will not be allowed to register until the full balance is settled.
2-2. At the time of registration, the student’s guardian must specify whether the tuition will be paid in full or in installments, which will determine the applicable tuition amount.
2-3. A tuition agreement (referred to as the “Tuition Card”) will be issued in one Farsi-language copy for students whose registration is finalized. It must be signed by both parties (the student’s guardian and the financial manager or their representative) and is legally binding as a contract between the two parties.
Note 1: The signed and stamped Farsi copy of the Tuition Card will be kept in the student’s file. Parents who wish to have the English version of the tuition card can obtain it from their dashboard on the school’s admission website.
Note 2: The Tuition Card will not be physically issued to students. It can be viewed through the Parent Portal. If requested by the parents, the relevant administrator will issue a printed copy.
Note 3: The Tuition Card includes information about the institution, the student, the tuition table, and confirmation of the financial, administrative, and disciplinary regulations, and must be signed by both parties.
2-4. In cases of tuition refunds, the payment will only be made to the guardian’s bank account or to an account officially introduced in writing by the guardian to the financial officer.
2-5. For lump-sum (full) tuition payments, at least 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of registration. The remaining balance must be settled no later than September 21, 2025 (31 Shahrivar 1404).
Note 1: If the conditions of lump-sum payment are not met (i.e., if the remaining balance is paid after September 21, 2025), the tuition will be recalculated under the 3-month or 7-month installment plan.
Note 2: If the conditions of the 3-month installment plan are not met (i.e., if the balance is not paid within 20 days after the due date of the final installment), the tuition will be recalculated under the 7-month installment plan.
